1. Definitions:
1.1 "Company" means Lakeside Karting.
1.2 "Terms" means the terms and conditions.
1.3 "Goods" means any items offered for sale by the company.
1.4 "Customer" means any company or individual who places an order with the Company for goods.
1.5. "Contract" means the acceptance by the Company of an order, place
by a customer and such acceptance shall occur when the Company commences
work on an order or when the company agrees to accept the order and
communicates this to the customer.
2. Contracts
2.1 These terms shall apply to every contract.
2.2 The Company may ask for any information it requires to fulfil the
contract and there shall be no liability upon the Company for
non-performance if the necessary information is not provided.
3. Price
3.1 All prices quoted by the Company are only valid at the time of
contract and are exclusive of any other matters unless otherwise agreed.
3.2 The Company reserves the right to revise the quoted price in the
event of unforeseen and extraordinary expenses for the Company
appertaining the goods.
4. Payment
4.1 Goods will only be dispatched to the customer when payment has been
made in full in cleared funds and in any variance of this term shall be
upon such terms as the Company dictates.
5. Samples
5.1 Should the Company present a customer with a sample, this will not
constitute a sale by sample and is only and indication of the type and
quality of the goods.
6. Delivery
6.1 Delivery shall be made to the customer and not a third party.
6.2 The company will not accept any liability for late delivery of the
goods and delivery time will not be of the essence of the contract.
6.3. The Company will not accept liability for non-delivery, where this is caused by circumstances beyond its control.
6.4 All risks shall pass to the consumer upon delivery
6.5 All delivery costs will be paid by cleared funds by the customer to the Company before dispatch will take place.
7. Warranty
7.1 The Company warrants that the goods will be free from defects at the time of dispatch.
7.2 The customer must notify the Company of any defects within 5 working
days of delivery and the Company must be given a reasonable opportunity
to view the goods.
8. Force Majure
8.1 The Company shall not be liable to the customer in the event that
the Company is unable to carry out any part of the contract for causes
beyond its control.
8.2 The Company will notify the customer as soon as is reasonably possible in such circumstances.
9. Downloadable 2 for the price of 1 - Activity Voucher
9.1 Voucher has a life span of 1 month from date of retrieval
9.2 Voucher can be used weekdays 10am till 8pm
9.3 Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer
9.4 All Vouchers must be pre-booked
9.5 Vouchers cannot be used against existing bookings
10.1 Offer valid on a 30 minute session only
10.2 Only 1 Voucher per group
11.1 Voucher valid for up to 4 players
11.2 Available on Arrive & Survive sessions or Fundays
12.1 Offer valid on arena entry only
12.2 Voucher valid for up to 4 players
12.3 Available on Arrive & Survive sessions, Tournament Entry
or Fundays
13. Discounted Gift Voucher Sales
13.1 Vouchers CANNOT be used in conjunction with any other offers
13.2 Vouchers can be used to participate in a discount event but Full price must be paid
13.3 Vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase, unless specified.
13.4 Vouchers can be used for an exclusive event to the maximum of 50% of the total. The remaining 50% must be paid in cash.
13.5 LGA reserve the right to refuse voucher use at any given time without notice.
13.6 Vouchers will be sent to the card holders address only
13.7 Voucher use can be extended for 3 months anytime before the expiry date, at a cost of 10% of the value (minimum £10 fee)
14. Free Advertising Hoarding Space T&Cs
14.1 To qualify for the offer, companies must spend a minimum of £1200.
14.2 Advertising space is costed at £100 per linear foot ie. a 6’ space is £600 pa.
14.3 The minimum board space is 6’. All boards are to be 3’ deep, regardless of length.
14.4 Companies will get FREE advertising space equivalent to their event
spend ie. spend £1800 for an event and get £1800 FREE advertising space =
18’ advertising space.
14.5 Space can be taken at either or both circuits, but must be in multiples
of 6’ ie. if you have 18’ worth of space, you can take 12’ at one site
and 6’ at the other, or 18’ at one site.
14.6 Hoarding design and manufacture is the responsibility of the customer
(LetsGoActive can assist with finding a suitable company trading on
Barter).
14.7 LetsGoActive retain the right to refuse to display artwork not in
keeping with their image (if in doubt, please check with LetsGoActive
Senior Management before having the board manufactured).
14.8 Hoarding will be displayed in a location/position decided by LetGoActive (customer may request a position).
14.9 Hoarding will be displayed for a minimum of 12 months.~
14.10 The upkeep of the hoarding remains the responsibility of the customer
(ie. if it gets damaged, it is the customer’s responsibility to get
repaired - if the customer fails to repair the hoarding, LetsGoActive
retain the right to remove the hoarding and the customer forfeits their
right to an advertising space.
